Our extensive range of machines used for wire production enables us to manufacture all forms of wire, e.g. round, semi-circular, triangular, square, hexagonal and in numerous profiles either soft annealed or hard.
All the wires are available in all alloys based on gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
On request we can also manufacture red brass wires for you. Our special fine wire machine enables us to manufacture the finest wires down to a diameter of 0.05 mm based on gold.
Sheets/Metal Stripes
The sheet metals produced by us using modern production technology are available in alloys based on gold, silver, platinum and palladium. High gloss rolled metal sheets or brushed metal sheets with a good deep drawing capability can easily be processed to manufacture high quality end products.
Tubes/Sectional Tubes
Using our extensive experience and expertise we manufacture tubes and hinges of the highest quality. We attach great importance to the precision and surface finish of the goods.
Our tubes and hinges are available in many shapes and sizes in gold, silver, platinum and palladium alloys.
Ring Blanks
Form-turned in all sizes, various profiles and alloys - gold, silver, platinum and palladium - special profiles on request. Mainly made from compacted alloy sheet. Gold and silver ring blanks CNC polished so you have little rework. We also offer silver blanks quickly and cheaply cut from seamless drawn tube. Also multi-coloured sintered ring blanks.
Flexible Bangles / Bracelet / Creole Blanks
Necklaces, bracelets and creoles, also as windings, can be manufactured and delivered in numerous forms, e.g. round, semi-circular, square, oval, etc., with or without a core.
The manufacture of high quality products is therefore made to order according to the requirements of our customers.
